123BCP - About Us

The first versions of 123BCP software were written in 2004. The software was designed to allow a detailed business continuity plan to be created for any business and multiple possible disaster scenarios, while at the same time following industrystandards and requirements.

Ease of use, value for money, scalability and a secure web service were always the key features
that we wanted to include. The current versions have simple to follow wizards and our Corporate versions offer larger organisations and multi-nationals a full features list and very competitive pricing.

123BCP is software you purchase (like Microsoft Office) install on your system and use as much as
you want. There are no additional charges and you get a perpetual licence. Every user that has a
web system will also get free software upgrades (web systems are purchased annually). You can
start with the standard version and upgrade right through to our Corporate version.

As well as supplying software, we offer on site installation and training. Many organisations tell us
that they don't have the time or staff to produce their own plans, so we launched our complete planning service. Our staff will attend the client's premises and over a period of a few months will
build the plan, instruct the staff and supply a personalised plan to every member of staff.

In 2007 123BCP introduced a complete "Before, During and After" service where we become your dedicated business continuity partner. We will co-ordinate all areas of your business to prepare for
any disaster, including insurance, IT, alternate locations, plans, document copying, offsite storage
and all other continuity issues. This is a complete peace of mind service.

In January 2008 we will be launching upgrades and new features in all versions of our software.
We will also be releasing French, Spanish, Arabic and German language versions.

From March 2008 our software will be available (in local and multi-lingual versions) in North America, South America, the Middle East, Pacific Rim and Australia.
