The online service is a secure website where you can store and view your plan. You can upload your
plan from within the software, at any time. You have a secure log-in and in 2010 the online service
will be updated to allow you to manage your plan online as well.
In the event of a disaster you can send your staff, customers and other contacts an SMS or email by
clicking a single button on the website. This system can also be used continuously during a disaster
to keep clients, staff and other contacts updated.
Using the 123BCP online service you can:
- Securely back up your data offsite
- View your plan from anywhere with internet access
- In the event of a disaster send preconfigured emails and SMS messages to Employees, Customers and Suppliers using the "Activate Plan" wizard
- Restore from the website if you lose your data
The web system can be renewed for
$99 per year (optional) but we recommend this as renewal
includes free software upgrades and support during that 12 month renewal period.
