Our clients asked for an easy to modify website to provide information to employees and other contacts before during and after a disaster, since it is easier to provide information via the web than handling hundreds of phone calls in the middle of a crisis.

Our clients told us that it was very difficult to modify their organizations standard website, so wanted a dedicated disaster website for documents, videos, instructions and other disaster information that could be updated very quickly and in some cases only visible to their own staff. They wanted updates to be easy for "non-web designers", instantly go live and manage disaster tests as well as standard information for real disasters.

The 123BCP disaster website has now been launched and can be purchased on an annual basis. The administrator has a secure log in to the site control panel where all text, documents, videos and information are managed and there are 20 different colourful template styles to choose from as well
