This client has 18 staff and required a plan to cover their offices becoming unavailable.
123BCP standard version was used to create a single plan for the organisation. Alternative trading locations were chosen and staff were put into groups to analyse their work and processes to ensure that
in the event of a disaster everything had been prepared for. Each member of staff was required to be able to work on a next day basis at an alternative location and had to consider what they required and how they would work as part of the planning process.
123BCP was used to allocate tasks and responsibilities to each member of staff so that they knew
what to do before, during and after any disaster at their offices.
Each member of staff was issued with 2 copies of their individual plan (1 for home, 1 for work) and
are required to ensure that they have read it and are familiar with what is required of them.
The 123BCP software proved extremely useful as an aid to organising and assisting in the whole process. The completed plan is now stored on a 123BCP secure web service which also means that
the activation system is in place should it be required.
