How does this software help?

The software has a wizard that will take you through the process of making a continuity plan in a
logical and easy to follow procedure. Our experience of doing plans for our clients has shown that as long as you are organised it is not too difficult to put a plan together. The software has in built
prompts to help you and points out specific areas you need to look at. We say that you don't need to be an expert because the software tells you what to do at each stage of the process.

Is the standard version right for me?

The standard version is aimed at organisations of up to 150 staff that only really need a single plan. This plan would perhaps cover the scenario where the main premises became unavailable and staff
had to work from somewhere else. The standard version will help you build a plan to make this event easy to manage and prepare for in advance. If you have multiple sites or departments that may want to create their own plans - then you should consider the Premium version as this will allow you to create as many plans as you want.

What notes or instructions do I get?

The software is supplied with a full set of notes that explain every screen within the software.
We also supply a "Quick start guide" which will teach you about Continuity Planning and what you
need to know. It explains terminology such as "Risk Analysis", "Risk Mitigation", "Return to
Operations" etc. and also has checklists for you to follow. This can be very useful as it gives you a structured way of building your plan, ensuring that things are done in the right order.

What other help do you offer?

You can ring or email us with any problems that you have while using the software and you can buy
the software with on site installation and training.

We run a "wishlist" system whereby any user can request changes to the software and where
possible (and beneficial) we would include these changes in a future upgrade, if you renew your web system at the end of 12 months you will also get all version upgrades free of charge.

If you need a plan but don't want the hassle of doing it we offer a full planning service. We build your plan for you and supply a completed plan and a free copy of the software for you to keep it updated
on your own systems.
