Support

It can be a daunting task when you first start to build your own continuity plan. 123BCP have devised several ways to make the whole process straightforward. Our software includes a business continuity guide that gives you a full introduction to planning, terminology and planning. We also include detailed checklists for you to follow that give you a step by step plan of action.

The software includes a 12 step wizard that allows you to click your way through the process of building your plan and there are one click routines for you to import your existing data so that you don't have to retype it all again.

You can email us at anytime with problems and we will get back to you with assistance and guidance.

Training

We can come to your office, install the software and teach you about continuity planning and how to use the software. This can be done in either half day or full day sessions.

Planning

Some organisations don't have the staff or time to carry out their own plans so use our own planning service to have a personalised plan built for them - this takes around three months.

Before, During and After

123BCP have recently introduced a before, during and after service which helps you to tap into professionals and services that would be useful as part of your planning. These services include IT companies, Equipment rental, Serviced offices and Aparthotels.

123BCP would become your continuity partner and would work with you on planning and assistance before, during and after any disaster.
