While you are building your plan you can upload your data to the website from within the software at any time.
You will be given a secure log-in and can view all of your data via our web system.
In the event of a disaster you can send your staff, customers and other contacts an SMS or email by clicking a single button on the website.
You can:
- Securely back up your data offsite
- View your plan from anywhere with internet access
- One-click "Activate Plan" function
- Restore from the website if you lose your data
The web system can be renewed for £99 per year and on renewal you will be entitled to free software upgrades and support during that 12 month renewal period.
In January 2008 123BCP will be offering a continuity website for you to store your key documents, pages for staff notifications and information seperate from your company website and easily maintainable with full FTP access.
